The chair arrived today and it's as good as I expected. I don't know why I waited so long to get it.
The packaging was very good and the chair was fully assembled. So, I took it out of the box and started using it immediately.

I am all about Steelcase. They are really a great brand. Fantastic quality, as I usually order from officedesigns.com for my products because I just love their customer service/free shipping. they are having a sale now too; I don't know if its Steelcase products...but anyways it's totally worth having a chair like that. You are basically sitting in it more than any other chair.
I got mine on ebay from DesignerSeating for a very good price. Every day I use it I am happier with it.
